Demerara Works Ltd uses the details you submit to record your interest and contact you about its AI tutoring project or QA opportunities, according to the role you select.
What we record
Your name, email address, pupil/parent/carer or teacher interest, optional subject, selected review area, adult confirmation, and a dated record of the consent wording you accepted. Please don’t submit children’s details.
Your choice
Submitting the form is optional. We ask for your consent to store these details and contact you about this project. Signing up does not create a learner or reviewer account. We do not send an automatic email or add you to other mailing lists.
Storage and retention
Interest records are kept separately from learning and QA records. They are available only to authorised company operators. Records expire after 180 days unless you submit a new expression of interest. Withdrawn records are removed from the active interest database.
Our hosting provider is Google Cloud. The interest database is hosted in London. Expired records are cleared daily. We retain the seven most recent daily recovery backups. Deleted records can remain in those backups until newer backups replace them. Access to backups is restricted. If a backup is restored, we clear restored interest records before reopening registration. Hosting security and operational logs may contain connection metadata.
The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or browser storage. A temporary, hashed email identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions; it is not used for advertising.
Withdraw your interest
Keep the withdrawal code shown after you register. Enter it below to remove that submission. If you registered more than once, use each code to remove each submission.
Notice version: 20 September 2026. For access, correction or removal requests, or if you lose your withdrawal code, contact us using the details below.
